Return Policy

Our Return Policy

All sales are final.  With the goal of making our customers happy, we have found that when we deal with our customers reasonably and fairly, they in turn do so with us.  Requests for returns are handled on a case by case basis. Returns are accepted at the discretion of A Touch of Jackie, LLC, however we do not accept any returns after 30 days from purchase date. 

Guidelines for Requesting a Return

Please email support@atouchofjackie.com within 7 days of receipt of your item. Please note in the email the order # as well as explanation of the issue. We will then give proper instruction on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  

If your request for a return is accepted, we will provide you with an address to where you can return ship your purchase.  Any item returned to us must be in its original, unused condition. This includes all original documents, boxes, and packaging, with the tags attached to the merchandise. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping fees, and that a fee will be assessed to re-ship a new item if need be. We do recommend shipping your item back to us with a carrier that provides tracking as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We also recommend that you insure the items on return as we cannot give credit for items damaged or lost in transit.  

Upon receipt, we will inspect your item to confirm that it is unused and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse items that have been used or are missing tags, boxes, etc. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. 

Returns of items not in unused and sellable condition will be refused and will not be processed. These items will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.  Should you not want to have the unsellable item returned to you or if we are unable to collect payment for the return shipment of the item after no less than three attempts to contact you via email and/or phone within two weeks, we reserve the right to dispose of the item or, if possible, donate it to a charity of our choosing. You will not be credited for these abandoned items.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and email us at atouchofjackie@gmail.com within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Should your item arrive damaged, please include images and/or a description of the defect. We will replace a defective item if we have one available.  In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will be refunded the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs occurred. If the item/items need to be sent back to us in this situation, you are not responsible for return shipping costs. 

If returns are authorized due to a mistake in fulfilling your order, returns must be in original packaging with tags attached, unused and in sellable condition. Returns of items not in unused and sellable condition will be refused and will not be processed. Exclusions / Non-returnable items

Due to strict health regulations, no returns will be accepted on any Beauty & Spa Items.  No returns will be accepted on any Earrings due to health and hygiene reasons.

We also Do Not accept returns on any Pet Items. This policy is necessary due to the custom-made nature of our pet products, health concerns, and animals’ aversions and tendencies to mark products that have the scent of another animal on them. We want to ensure that all of these products are unused for your pet!

Remember: NO dog toy is indestructible, please be aware that toys are not returnable items. Please choose items that are appropriate for your dog’s age and behavioral habits.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Return Procedure

Always contact us before returning merchandise for return authorization. Please e-mail us for return instructions. See the above limitations on returns. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Shipping charges are not refundable unless merchandise is defective or if an order was not filled correctly. We also recommend that you insure the items on return as we cannot give credit for items damaged or lost in transit.
