Shipping policy

A Touch of Jackie makes every effort to ship your in stock items within 2-5 business days of receiving your order. Please allow for extra time at holidays and busier seasons. Many items are custom and will be shipped to you straight from our suppliers. We abide by their approximate shipping times, which vary. Please note: you may look forward to receiving several packages at no additional cost to you. All shipping times are approximate. We will do our very best to get your order to you in the most timely fashion available.

If we find an item to be out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible. This may happen if a supplier discontinues a certain piece or fabric. We try to ensure that this does not happen.

A Touch of Jackie is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses given, refused shipments and/or and not limited, to lost packages. If your purchase has to be reshipped due to insufficient address, you will be billed all shipping costs.

All packages are shipped, with tracking available. You will be sent an email when your order has shipped, partially or in full. Your order may be delayed if we are awaiting on an item so we may ship in entirety. Once your package reaches its final destination, A Touch of Jackie has no further responsibility. We have no control of postal/delivery services once your package leaves us and is scanned for delivery.

We ship via UPS Ground or USPS, depending on the best method and the products ordered.  Flat rate shipping on most orders $7.25, with an Exception of Some Heavy or Bulky items which may cost more to ship. Free shipping on orders of $99.00 or more. Free shipping applies only to orders shipped within the United States. Free shipping may not apply to heavy or bulky items. For instance; beds, carriers, large blankets and heavy items. Priority services and expedited services may also incur additional costs.  Free shipping does not apply to Tiny Tooth items even in orders over $99.00
